Verizon’s WiMo Version of Omnia II Just Got Pictured

Verizon will launch the Samsung Omnia II phone, a Windows Mobile-powered device. The handset’s look was expected to be similar with the one of the existing Omnia II but it seems this thing is not happening. You can see that in the picture below that appeared online on Samsung USA’s home page.

We can clearly see that the original cubic d-pad has vanished, being replaced with a shield design similar to the one of B900’s model for South Korea and we can say this change really affects the idea of this device being user friendly.

This is all we can get from this picture. Another fact about this device is that it will have a generous battery of 1500mAh that will give you the opportunity of killing a lot of time checking WeatherBug, YouTube, Facebook and others.
