Verizon Wireless is readying Pantech Escapade, a new world phone that’ll reach the market on August 21st. “World phone” means that it’ll not only operate on Verizon’s network, but also overseas, via GSM connectivity.
The device is far from being a high end phone and even the mid end specs are a dream for Pantech Escapade, specially if you have a look at the features below.
Pantech Escapade supports dual band CDMA and quad band GSM connectivity and comes with a 2 megapixel camera, a 2 inch internal display and a 1.1 inch external screen. Bluetooth, a WAP browser, a 2.5mm headset jack and VZ Navigator complete the lowly specs list.
