Verizon has just announced a partnership with Verizon, ideal for launching Android handsets but they have omitted to mention exactly what phone models they were talking about. After this it was obvious that rumours would appear and Motorola Droid, also called Sholes or Tao is one of the suspects.
Maybe to agitate the public even more, Verizon and Google let loose a picture showing their officials holding Android devices. The handset to the right might be Motorola Droid while the device on the left resembles HTC Hero, sold by Sprint.
According to BGR, Hero will be indeed on the Verizon’s list next month but apparently under a different name. HTC Predator might be the one but only time will tell.
