Verizon plans shipping this month two brand new cellphones: Nokia 2705 Shade and Verizon Wireless, that have all the chances to go unnoticed due to the Windows Mobile 6.5 frenzy. Razzle is an already known handset thanks to some renders that appeared in the past but now the price and the release date are no longer mysteries.
The device above will hit the online market on the 6th of October and it will be available on other distribution channels the second following up the depletion of the remaining Blitz stock. You will be able to purchase Razzle for $69.99 with a 2-year contract, a price that we find very decent.
In case you didn’t know, this handset comes with a full QWERTY keyboard and a 1.3 megapixel camera with self-portrait mirror. It will also pack VZ Navigator, a music player plus Side Load V Cast Music with Rhapsody.
Another device that will be launched by the same carrier on the same date is Nokia Shade. You should know that this is an entry level handset with a flip mechanism designed maybe to attract teenagers in purchasing one, adding the fact that this phones comes with changeable covers sold separately.
The specifications are not very heavy, this phone being equipped with Bluetooth, a 2.5mm headphone jack, GPS and 1xRTT connectivity plus a 1.3 megapixel camera. This handset is even cheaper than the first device, Verizone selling it for just $29.99, of course with a 2-year contract.
