T-Mobile UK has strangely started selling the unlocked iPhone 3G to customers with high consuming habits, interfering in this way with O2 – the legal exclusive seller of this product in UK.
If you want to be part of the elite holding one of this unlocked devices you must purchase a £75 or more contract and know one of the T-Mobile UK’s dealers who has the guts to make this deal.
It is worth to be mentioned that T-Mobile is smart enough to make this operation perfectly legal by importing the handset from Germany, where they have the exclusivity for this phone.
T-Mobile UK keeps a low profile with these transactions by selling no more than 150 units weekly in order not to attract Apple’s attention.
