Sprint has just leaked its WiMAX roadmap via its Sales Portal and the screenshot below, provided by an Engadget Mobile tipster, shows the cities where the service will be launched this year.
Among these cities, there are a few that we already knew about, like Chicago, Philadelphia, Charlotte or Dallas, while the rest are news to us. The people of Baltimore will be getting a coverage update in Q4, as will the folks of Salem and Milledgeville, although the population of these settlements is quite small.
Expect WiMAX to also reach major urban areas in 2010 and places like New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
