Chunghwa Telecom is the most important carrier in Taiwan, that recently launched the Windows Mobile GPS phone Garmin-Asus nuvifone M20. We’re dealing with a fellow of the nuvifone G60, launched a month ago, but with a proprietary OS on board.
Garmin-Asus nuvifone M20 supports HSDPA connectivity and comes with a VGA display, a 3 megapixel camera and, of course very hot navigational features. Bluetooth and WiFi are also on board, plus a microSD card slot and geotagging support.
The M20 will have a very hard time making it big in Taiwan, since HTC Hero and iPhone 3GS are just around the corner, ready to be launched in this country, so they’ll probably take over the market.
